Quality Assurance

HSI’s Regulatory and Quality Assurance team closely monitors laws and regulations affecting our health and safety training programs. They work diligently to ensure that our training programs comply with applicable laws and administrative rules.

We conduct regular, random audits of approved Training Centers to ensure they follow the standards in the HSI Training Center Administrative Manual (TCAM). We resolve complaints in a reasonable and consistent manner.
