Basic Function

The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for financial statement reporting and analysis, and the consolidation of the reporting entities. The job responsibilities may be changed or expanded at will, and are expected to expand in conjunction with experience and the Company’s needs.


  • Prepare and review monthly management reports
  • Execute the consolidation process of multi-national, multi-currency subsidiary financial statements, including the recording of consolidating entries, reconciliation of inter-company balances and other additional corporate reporting requirements
  • Financial statement preparation, including but not limited to, consolidated profit and loss statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements and quarterly guarantor financial statements
  • Direct interaction with corporate controller and other senior members of leadership assisting with monthly business review presentations
  • Review monthly activity entered into the accounting and operating systems to ensure that all of the income and expenses are categorized and coded appropriately
  • Prepare timely monthly reconciliations of the balance sheet accounts as well as significant P&L accounts
  • Perform timely analytical procedures over the financial reports relative to accounting and recording completeness and accuracy
  • Support the annual budget process and periodic reforecasting
  • Take part in special projects requested by senior management including special/ad hoc reports and process improvements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required, CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Minimum six years of relatable experience
  • Knowledge of private equity industry a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is preferred but not required
  • Ability to understand and execute data mining techniques
