Basic Function

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing various customer issues and communicating solutions, set-up and configure customer systems, assist in scope and design, including workflows, for customers and providing additional internal team support as needed.


  • Build and/or adjust from the 100+ workflows in use by the current customer base
  • Generate detailed reports outlining all types of data that has come from workflows
  • Assist project managers with designing, scoping and implementing workflows
  • Create and/or update stored procedures used to improve customer data accuracy
  • Perform data analysis on millions of data points
  • Generate canned and customer specific reports
  • Improve customer websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Visual Studio to customer specifications
  • Implement system modifications to meet unique customer needs
  • Conduct customer data migration from different models of data configurations
  • Primary resource to sales, account managers, project managers and customer service for enterprise software solution
  • Test new functionality to ensure bug free customer roll out of tools
  • Train new employees ranging from general system use to SE level use

  • 2+ years of experience in a related technical field
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, MIS) is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and 4+ years of relatable work experience.
  • Ability to coordinate, collaborate and communicate effectively with others
  • Demonstrated background in understanding and documenting system requirements, use cases and functional specifications is a must
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Atlassian JIRA or similar ticketing system is preferred
  • Experience and/or familiarity with RESTful APIs, SDLC methodologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Studio, SQL/SSMS and/or SAML SSO architectures
