HSI was recently made aware of a survey seeking ASHI instructor feedback in a way that could be misleading and which made it difficult to identify what organization sent the survey. It was not created or sent by HSI or any HSI company.
We have contacted SurveyMonkey, the platform used to create the survey, to advise them of the issue, and we are currently considering our options for taking further legal action.
We value and seek out our Training Center and instructor feedback on a regular basis through our customer service surveys as well as in the daily interactions of our customer service, technical support and website-based online chat teams. We use this feedback to develop quality programs and new tools to help our Training Centers build and grow their business, as well as to continually improve our customer service.
Protecting the Electronic Business Assets of Your Training Business
Most of us have heard of “phishing scams,” where someone attempts to steal passwords, credit card numbers or other personal information from an individual via electronic means such as email or by hacking a website. But businesses are susceptible to such breaches as well.

Regularly monitoring your website for vulnerability is another best practice that has become increasingly important as more organizations begin to conduct at least part of their business online.
