Training Center Resources
Training Centers that are aligned with the HSI family of brands enjoy a host of tools and benefits that help solidify the HSI vision of being the preferred resource for emergency care and safety training throughout the world. From marketing support to administrative tools and documents, HSI helps Training Centers focus on training while minimizing administrative burdens. Password-protected access to Training Center Manager (TCM) is provided to each HSI Training Center. TCM allows Training Center directors to:
- Manage Instructors, including adding new Instructors or renewing existing Instructors, or removing those that are no longer affiliated.
- Display information about a Training Center, including Instructor information, as part of our Training Center directory.
- Manage classroom and blended learning courses.
- Access curriculum or regulatory documents.
- Request assistance from a Client Services representative or obtain technical support.
Anytime access to the online store allows Training Centers to place orders at their convenience. A user-friendly search and images and descriptions of products make it easy for Training Centers to find the products they need. Training Center directors can utilize the Online Store link in Training Center Manager to automatically access their account with the programs the Training Center is authorized to purchase and their discount level (if applicable). The Training Center can also search for past invoices and track orders from the online store.
Training Centers can enhance their marketing presence by ensuring their listing in the ASHI or MEDIC First Aid Training Center Directory. Students may search the directory to find training locations and classes.
HSI has a department of experienced staff dedicated to assist Training Centers with regulatory needs. In addition, Training Centers can learn about recent regulatory updates as well as the relevant quality assurance resources for each member of the HSI family of brands.
