Reciprocity Program

We want YOU...

Apply to become an ASHI or MEDIC FIRST AID Instructor by Reciprocity

With your current instructor credentials and/or experience, you can crossover to teach the corresponding programs with ASHI or MEDIC First Aid.
ASHI programs utilize a tool box approach (pick and choose the instructional tools you want to use for a particular class).
MEDIC First Aid programs use a video-based, instructor-facilitated, standardized approach.

Instructor Authorization and Reciprocity

ASHI authorizes 13 different types of Instructors from the community level to advanced level; to determine what type your Instructor will qualify for view the ASHI Instructor Authorization and Reciprocity Chart.

MEDIC First Aid authorizes 5 different types of Instructors all at the community level; to determine what type your Instructor will qualify for view the MEDIC First Aid Instructor Authorization and Reciprocity Chart .
