Health & Safety Institute (HSI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ted Crites as Director of Production. Crites will oversee the production of emergency care programs for American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) and MEDIC First Aid, members of the HSI family of brands.

Blended learning delivers emergency care training by combining online lessons with hands-on, instructor-led skills practice and evaluations.

The MEDIC First Aid blended learning programs are supported by a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) designed to provide a robust, easy-to-use interactive experience for both students and instructors.

CPR PRo, a comprehensive program, has been approved for training for Emergency Medical Services personnel and is accepted by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).

New ASHI CPR, AED and Basic First Aid Program Released: This all-inclusive program was created for use in community and workplace settings. CPR, AED and Basic First Aid combination training can be used in a classroom setting or blended learning environment with all-digital options for increased scheduling flexibility.

CarePlus is a combined adult, child and infant CPR and AED program designed specifically for persons who are occupationally required or just desire to have CPR and AED knowledge and skills.

The programs feature realistic scenario videos, full-color student handbooks in digital and print formats, and 2-year certification cards for successful course completion.
