Spark 2016 Conference Update
The conference team has been putting together an amazing three-day experience for our HSI conference attendees joining us in Phoenix, AZ for Spark 2016, the HSI International Conference. From October 24-26, we’ll be serving breakout sessions, panel discussions, presentations, and training events, along with a generous helping of fun at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort.
Just some the things we’re looking forward to:
Dr. James Phillips is back to discuss “Public Education in Bleeding Control and Tourniquet Use.”
Water-Jel will offer a pre- and post-conference training for those interested in becoming a certified burn educator. Pre-registration is required.
Newly announced keynote speaker Marion Leary, Director of Innovation for the Center for Resuscitation Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
Learn about OSHA's bloodborne pathogens standard and emerging pathogens with Jenny Mandeville, a training officer with the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
Craig Aman will offer a pre- and post-conference workshop on high quality CPR. There are only 20 spots available per session, so pre-register soon!
An excellent deal on your accommodations when you stay at the conference hotel. Only $155 a night and you’ll get 50 digital or enhanced student completion cards for your ASHI or MEDIC First Aid classes.*
More sessions, more presenters, and more activities are being planned every day as we finalize our conference offerings. Be sure we have your most current email address in Otis so you won’t miss an announcement.
*Terms and conditions: Offer includes 50 ASHI or MEDIC First Aid digital (DC) or enhanced (EC) student completion cards.
