New 2014 TCAM and New Security Features Coming Your Way

The latest edition of the Training Center Administrative Manual (TCAM) is now available in your Otis portal and on our website.

You’ll find a list of what’s new and what’s been modified in this edition of the TCAM right at the beginning of the document

The TCAM is a collection of standards and guidelines that establish the criteria for quality assurance and performance improvement of HSI, its ASHI and MEDIC First Aid training centers, and authorized instructors and instructor trainers. The most recent version can be found in the Quality Assurance Center of the HSI website.

Take a moment to download and review the revised TCAM today.

On a related note, as a result of our ongoing quality assurance process, we have recently discovered a good quality counterfeit ASHI certification card being distributed outside North America.. In response, we are now adding additional security features to the print and digital certification cards of both ASHI and MEDIC First Aid. These features will make it harder for dishonest individuals to fraudulently replicate certification cards and easier for both HSI and legal authorities to distinguish between authentic certification cards and forgeries.
