Traffic Control Employee Collapses

A Northwest Traffic Control Employee, Jim S., collapsed while working with a PSC Crew in Portland.
It was reported that PGE Groundman, Doug D. and NW Flagger, Shawn T. Checked vital signs and found that Jim S. was not breathing and had no pulse.
PGE Goundman Doug D. Immediately performed chest compressions for approximately 2 minutes before Jim S. regained consciousness.  Employees continued to monitor Jim until an ambulance arrived on scene shortly after.  Jim was transported to Sunnyside Kaiser Hospital for care.  It was reported that Jim was conscious and talking at the time he was transported.
