MEDIC First Aid PediatricPlus CPR, AED, and First Aid for Children, Infants, and Adults provides an ideal training solution for schools, child care providers, youth sports coaches, and others required to learn how to respond to medical emergencies involving children. This versatile program is based upon the 2010 CPR and First Aid Guidelines, Caring for Our Children, 3rd Ed; and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.

Recognized Certification Period:
Up to 2 years


Recommended Time to Complete
Initial training: 5-6 hours

Renewal training: Less than initial instructional time

Successful Completion (Certification)

Written Evaluation:
Required when specified by organizational, local, or state regulation. It is recommended for designated responders with a duty or employer expectation to respond in an emergency and provide first aid care.

Skills Evaluation:
Students must perform the following skills competently without assistance. Skill performance can be documented individually on the Class Roster/Student Record by using Performance Evaluations.
