Blended Learning - A Customer Story

Today I would like to introduce you to one of our long-time customers and share with you how blended learning provides the option they needed to succeed. Koinonia Family Services of California and Nevada is one of the area’s largest foster care and adoption agencies placing thousands of children in loving homes for three decades.

Challenge:  Regulations require all foster families and employees to be certified in an accredited CPR and first aid course. With offices and placement homes throughout California and Nevada, Koinonia, a Greek word connoting fellowship and trustworthiness, needed a trustworthy partner to help them train and provide hand-on learning in lifesaving, emergency care to new foster parents as well as their own foster services employees.
